Glory reinstated for MLQU

As I ponder and curiously guessed the Social Media’s &  Billboard’s Maghihintay ako, MANUEL. I can’t help but simultaneously thought of all the successful MANUEL’s that gave PRIDE to our country. May it be in Sports, Real Estate Industry, Business Conglomerates and even the Manuel who happens to occupy the Highest Position in our Mother-land. Guessing games are fun especially the interesting ones.

As romantically old-dated, as the author is, I thought of the Manuel as the Modern Day Martyr waiting for his special someone. A very common gesture during our golden-aged era. To add up, pertained it with a politically indulged person for the love of his country. Martyr, as typical as the Leader MANUEL that we once had. During his stay in Washington DC, MANUEL’S advocacy since 1909, was to actively pursue our country’s independence until he was able to triumphantly acquire it for us in 1935. Patiently waited and was able to secure victory for the country that left a significant legacy for the Filipinos.

Manuel Luis Quezon honed in Tayabas, Quezon. From being the Province Governor to an elected representative to the newly established Philippine Assembly in 1907. MANUEL was also appointed as resident commissioner for the Philippines. Our country’s voice in the US House of Representatives in 1909. MANUEL fought and hastily claimed Philippines Independence by the United States of America. MANUEL, First President of the Philippine Commonwealth in 1935.

The culminating event has come, curtains were rolled up at EDSA Shangri La last May 2015. Curiosity finally meets its satisfaction. The MANUEL on the Billboard Sites, strategically positioned in the bustling metropolis is none other than, MANUEL LUIS QUEZON UNIVERSITY. As a typical Red Carpet event almost all the WHO’s WHO In all corners of the business industry and government were present. Surprisingly, they all have one thing in common. They were graduates of MANUEL LUIS QUEZON UNIVERSITY.  

Also present in Sikat pag Quezonian night was Chairman Mohagher Iqbal.
