No matter how aggressive the members are if they have opposing personal motives, success rate is low. In this day and age, failure is not an option. While all of us strive for our glittering spot in this world, there are a lot of hindrances that’s imminently annoying. To the extent that most of the contenders easily give up. Usually, people will hate the player for throwing in the towel but who would you blame for the mishap?
 
​A classic suggestion would sound like, if you want to stay in the game, you have to do better. Others will teasingly say, maybe this isn’t your thing. Find a spot where you will excel.
 
As the typical Pinoy humor goes, you wanted the game so much but the game doesn’t want you. Smiles.
 
However you see the glass, half empty or half full, only one goal should stick, succeed.
 
With my TEAM’s daily battle on the so-called real world, parameters should always be set. It is how we define the Company’s character. We, as the representative of each department, people often think that it is all the same. From the consultants, customer service, accounting department, etc., people always see that everybody knows everything that the Brand projects.
 
A common incident in the industry where a petite grievance goes blown out of proportion due to a client‘s concern that was vented out to the wrong department. No matter how minor or humongous the issues are, addressing the concern with a “Never a Dull Moment Mindset” can always make a better after sales service.
