Just like Lyca  Gairanod 1st season champion of The Voice kids, Ella Mae Nympha of Team Bamboo hit it big time, from selling banana cue to The Voice Kids 2nd season champion. Indeed, one of the characteristics that define us is our fondness of singing. At an early age most of us belts it out in our own amateur way as it forms our interests, emotions and actions as time grows on us.

​A simple family gathering, Fiesta, Reunion, etc. will not be complete without a Karaoke session. It’s inevitable, singing will always be part of an occasion’s program. 

The author took part in auditioning. As I have mentioned earlier about fondness of singing, that made me enter a booth in one of our weekly grocery errands and fortunately got shortlisted out of hundreds who auditioned. 

But due the gravity of work load, I wasn’t able to complete the whole session. I'm thankful for the experience of working with one of the icons of the Philippine Music scene, Coach Jim Paredes and the unparalleled dedication of Organisasyon ng Pilipinong Mang-Aawit (OPM) to reverberate and strengthen Filipino music in the uphill music battlefield.
